On 21 October 2026, starting at 18:00 CEST (UTC+2), scheduled maintenance of the FORPSI customer support system will take place.

During the maintenance, the customer support portal, ticketing system, live chat, and Knowledge Base will be temporarily unavailable. Processing of email requests sent to our contact addresses will also be affected.

We therefore recommend completing and submitting any pending requests before the maintenance begins.
